To facilitate the recovery process, clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their case, including transaction records, communications with fraudulent entities, and any other relevant documentation. Clients must cooperate with us throughout the legal process.
4. Fees and Payment
Global Refund does not charge any upfront fees to clients. Our firm operates on a success-based model, meaning we only request a fee after successfully recovering funds for the client. The fee may be up to 10% of the recovered amount, depending on the sum recovered. Failure to pay the agreed fee after recovery may result in legal action.
5. No Guarantee of Success
While we strive to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients, we do not guarantee success or the full recovery of lost funds. Legal and financial circumstances vary, and external factors may impact case results.
6. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose any personal or case-related information to third parties without the client’s explicit consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost funds, reputational harm, or emotional distress.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
